 Advanced Registration is now closed.

On-site Registration will open Monday, October 27, at 2 pm at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Ryman C Exhibit Hall. Please download the On-site Registration form to register on-site. Registration hours for the Symposium are listed below:

Tuesday, Oct. 28	11:00 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday, Oct. 29	11:00 am - 6:00 pm
Thursday, Oct. 30	11:00 am - 6:00 pm

Refund and Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given after October 22, 2008. Registrations received after this date are not eligible for refunds.

If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. Please download the Substitution Request Form. Once you have completed this form, please bring this to on-site registration for processing.

*The Government rate is available only to employees of the U.S. and international governmental organizations. Retired Military and Contractors are not eligible for the government rate.
**The discounted Academia registration rate is for full-time students and full-time employees of accredited colleges and universities. Proof of eligibility will be required.
